Curriculum vitae en werkzaamheden
Zoë van Zijderveld completed her master's degree in Arts & Culture at Leiden University in 2018. Here, she specialised in painting and printmaking from the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries. She started her career as junior curator at the Pieterskerk Leiden. Since then, she has worked in several museums, including Museum Bredius, where she played a major role in the Axiell project, and the New Institute, where she was design registrar on the Architectuur Dichterbij project.
Besides working on paper, she has also worked on fashion history, both as junior collection manager at the Ivo Collection (the former bag museum) and as project manager and research consultant fashion at Authentication in Art, a startup working on a cultural database.
Since April 2025, Zoë has been working at the RKD as a Collections employee. Here she deals with management and conservation tasks and cataloguing.
